Partners to Perfection

When Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce dispatched Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) earlier this year…a handful of service providers and vendors immediately emerged from the pack as clear front-runners and practitioners of outstanding customer service. Several provided us with very clear, very solid proposals and were invited to make a live pitch to our Board of Directors. It was a rewarding process.

It became very obvious very early that the team at JohnsonRauhoff had committed completely to earn our business. They literally oozed with drive, ambition, and desire to get the Chamber account…and it paid off handsomely. For both of us.

Company President Jackie Huie lead the charge early and then executed the flawless handoff to the Chamber account team of Reese Adams, Mason Johnson and Brian Humes. That trio launched the full-blown task of creating an attractive, comprehensive, interactive, and exciting website for the Chamber. Reese was the key man, Mason the creative guy, and Brian the virtual master of everything else that we could possibly need or want. Reese has since departed the company for a new role in the Carolinas, and we miss him already. However he has been skillfully replaced by Ralph Lucius who has quickly picked up the project and run for the goal.

I know for a fact that Regina will loudly and happily join me in singing the praises of the men and women of JohnsonRauhoff, but none so much as Brian Humes. The man is the ultimate in a quality of customer service agent. He responds to e-mail, voice-mail and phone calls seemingly within minutes. He resolves technical issues seemingly within minutes. He has the patience of Job, the skills of a master craftsman, and the uncanny ability to read our minds before we, ourselves, know what we want.

As we have worked week-after-week to create a site that our staff will be able to do the majority of the day-to-day maintenance regimen, the JohnsonRauhoff team has become a true member of our family, and a loving one at that. Brian, Reese, Ralph and Mason obviously love what they do, and they do it very, very well. We know that our website is an awesome one, but we also rest easy at night knowing that these wonderful people are just a click or two away and ready to resolve even the toughest issues with quiet, self-assured aplomb. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable experience, and we look forward to enjoying a long, fruitful relationship with this delightful company right here in our own backyard. Thanks JR! You make us look Great!
